We are Facilitators of Bar Experiences!
What we provide
Our licensing does not allow us to purchase and sell alcohol. However, we provide experienced bartenders, the trailer with ice chilling coolers for beer & wine, plastic cups, napkins, décor and style of seating chosen. For additional costs, we can provide fresh ice & mixers for liquor. We will be responsible for cleaning and clearing alcohol-related trash only. We allow for up to 3 selections each of beer and wine. Liquor selections can be discussed as well.
Do we need electrical power?
While it is beneficial to be within 50’ of a power source, we are not limited to that. If we are not able to access electricity, we can provide a generator for a fee.

TSP is insured with General Liability Insurance, as well as Liquor Liability with a minimum of $1M in coverage. We will be happy to add your venue as additionally insured upon request.
Staff
TSP can serve up to 150 guests comfortably. One bartender is included in the base price and can serve up to 80 guests. Additional guests will require an additional bartender for a fee.
Package Hours
4 hours is the standard rental time for TSP. We will arrive a minimum of 1 hour prior to the event’s start time for set up and do last call 30 minutes prior to the event end.
Travel
Do we travel? YES! We love to travel and experience new places and venues! Any distance 25 miles out of the Lake Wylie, SC area will incur a travel charge.
Event Types
If you can think of it, we can do it! We serve all types of events & themes, from weddings to charity functions. In some cases, especially charity and fundraising functions, we can acquire a One Day Sales Specialty Permit for an additional fee and handle the sales of alcohol for your event.
Rain Plan
What happens if Mother Nature intervenes? We are very diligent in checking the weather the week prior to your event. We don’t like stress and last-minute decisions, so we try to be as prepared as possible when it comes to outdoor events. We do our best to accommodate all locations, however, in the event of inclement weather and we cannot use the trailer, a backup plan will be made a minimum of 2 days prior to the event.
So, you've decided you like us! What happens next?
Once you have decided on your event’s needs, we will be happy to get all the necessary information and send a contract. About 6 weeks prior to the event date, we will talk over your event in length and get a better idea of what your expectations are for alcohol and guests. We will work with you to prepare your menu and guide you on the estimated amount of alcohol your event will need. The week of your event we will plan to get the alcohol from you or formulate a set up plan for the day of if alcohol cannot be acquired beforehand. Then Voila! Now you and your guests can sit back and let us handle service while you enjoy the day!
